From Design to Construction
Step 2: Design
Based on your style and budget, we’ll introduce you to a trusted architect who will collaborate with you and the Lifestyle by Stadler team to bring your vision to life. This phase includes the creation of detailed architectural plans and material selections. Once the design is finalized, we’ll provide a comprehensive proposal outlining bids and estimated costs before finalizing agreements to move forward.
Step 3: Pre-Construction
With financing secured, we will handle the submission and approval process for your plans, ensuring all necessary permits and neighborhood approvals are in place before construction begins.
Step 1: Pre-Design
Your journey begins with a consultation where you’ll meet with the Lifestyle by Stadler team to discuss your vision, lifestyle needs, and budget. We also provide a complimentary site analysis to evaluate your lot’s topography, views, exposure, and potential construction costs. If financing is needed, we can connect you with one of our trusted lending partners and assist with managing interim financing.
When you build with Lifestyle by Stadler, you build with peace of mind. Each of our custom homes comes with a one-year warranty and 6-year structural warranty.
